Team Video Analysis Report
In preparation for preparing and submitting the team's Final Project, each week you will create your own consultant's notes as you observe various CanGo meetings (via the video episodes/cases). For the week 2 Team report you are to list 6 issues facing CanGo that you gleaned from the week 1 and 2 videos. They should be prioritized in order of importance. They should be numbered. The team must then come up with an actionable recommendation for each of the issues found. These should also be numbered.

I do not have to complete the whole thing, I only have to do the
Deficiancies - Problems.
The other team members will complete the rest: Deficiancies - Solutions; Major problems; Major solutions; Challenges -Problems; and lastlyChallenges - Solutions.

So I only have a little part to do but its also something that I have to focus on and give it my all. If you are up to helping me out with these small assignments, I will reward you greatly.

First Video:

In this episode, we will examine the concepts of strategic management and how businesses use strategy to create a competitive advantage in their marketplace.

Second Video:

Fourth Video:
An important element for success in any organization is effective planning. For organizations to devise and to implement large-scale projects successfully it is necessary to coordinate a wide array of activities, information, and expertise. As businesses are pressured to move more quickly in response to customer expectations, projects must also be implemented quickly. This heightens the need for effective planning and control.

In this episode CanGo is faced with two major challenges: a) getting a stable online gaming system up and running as soon as possible; and b) preparing for an anticipated record holiday season. Both of these projects involve careful planning, coordination, and control of a wide array of activities and expertise.

Planning by its very nature is an ordered and organized process. When plans are not developed in this way the outcome is almost always sub-optimal. Have you ever had to complete an important task or project only to find yourself losing control of the process in a downward spiral of disorganization? The Introductory Video deals with this very problem. As you watch the Introductory Video, ask yourself why Nick loses control of his project and think about what he might have done to prevent this potential disaster.

Fifth Video:
In the Resolution Video, Nick gets some much-needed help from Debbie. She assists him in organizing the tasks necessary for preparing an implementation plan for CanGo's online gaming activities. Sixth Video:
CanGo's marketing department has developed a new advertising campaign that is expected to generate record sales with a 500% increase in orders to be filled. Warren has to figure out how to meet this demand. This is a difficult and important problem because the consequences of not being able to fulfill orders on time will be disastrous for both CanGo and Warren. Watch the video now and decide whether Warren is working like a good coach to tackle the problem.
