Introduction – Should include a historical background of the Latino/Hispanic Americans (their economic, political, and social history) Also, should discuss what the paper will be about. This section should be 3 pages in length. This should show an in-depth understanding of the Latino/ Hispanic American culture.  THE INFORMATION MUST COME FROM SCHOLARLY SOURCES.

Following paragraphs – This should cover the current status of the Latino/ Hispanic Americans. This should include the educational information (education levels, educational system, and the role of education within the culture). This should include family and religion (the youth and elderly in the group and the roles of men and women). Finally this should include the popular culture (fashion, art, music, dancing, traditions, cuisine, etc.) This should be 3 pages in length.

Next paragraphs- Describe how the factors discussed in the historical background and current status section of the paper play a part in the business world. Description of possible real world situations that would raise awareness of potential conflicts between cultures and promote tolerance in a training module that is relevant to the profession. What are some of the factors that would have to be taken into consideration in executing the professional responsibilities in interacting with members of the group you chose? Also describe some potential conflict situations that may be encountered during interactions. Be specific in connecting some of the information in the sections on history and current status with the discussion of career application. (This goes with the training module paragraphs)

There should then be a training module- In this part of the paper it should address the following:

1.       Objectives of the training workshop (who is the audience, what is hoped to be achieved, what should your audience take away from the training) the audience should be the business employees.

2.       The next part is practical application- an annotated agenda- which is a list of topics you would cover in the training with brief explanations of the topic (one or two sentences) of why each of them would be uncovered.

3.       Sample workshop materials – what resources would be provided to those you are training to educate them on the values and traditions of this population in order to give them the insight they need to overcome this kind of obstacle in working within the population of Latino/ Hispanic Americans. 

This should be the place where all the research in the beginning is put into action in designing a workshop to prepare people in the business world to work with or address the needs of members of the Latino/ Hispanic culture. (Should be 3 pages long)

Conclusion- This should be a brief summary of what the paper achieved, and thoughts towards the challenges facing the choice of profession (business) in working with an increasingly diverse American population.
