Question: Choose a company, product and brand from the following product categories: chocolate products, baby products, small cars or shoes . The company must be either an Australian company or an Australian subsidiary of a major International company. You will be required to prepare a marketing plan for one of the product categories above. Your marketing plan will include: 1. Executive summary 2. Current market situation 3. Market description 4. Product review 5. SWOT analysis 6. Objectives and issues 7. Marketing strategy 8. Action programs 10. Reference page Please note the marketing plan on pages 517- 525 of the textbook to understand what is required of you. Your marketing plan should be no more than 5 pages in length. Research requirements: At least three (3) academic sources must be used for your answers. At least three (2) of these sources must be academic journal articles. One (1) non-academic sources may be used in addition to the three (3) academic sources. Format requirements: 1. Word process the major assignment on A4 paper (the size of this cover sheet) in Ariel font size 12. 2. Allow for a 3cm margin on the left hand side of paper. 3. Full definitions from any reference source ensuring author, entry, source, editor(s) and publishing details are clearly visible The first page(s) of each journal article ensuring that journal title, other publishing details and page numbers are clearly visible The first page of each item taken from a website(ensure that the URL and access date are clearly visible) You must use the University of Wollongongs Author-date (Harvard) referencing guide for acknowledgement of your sources, both in-text and in the reference list.
