Employees workstations are too close together with no dividers for privacy. Employees have complained about being able to hear other conversations as they are discussing confidential information with patients. All departments share a centralized printer. This is a major problem anyone can walk up and retrieve documents that have been printed out. Patient confidentiality is a high security issue, and all records should be restricted to as needed to know bases.
