You have tasked us with getting information on whether moving our work to a virtualized environment would be the correct move for the company heading into the future. Today, we will share with you the finding we have regarding the benefits, risks, cost and how effective it would be.  The biggest concern for the company is, œhow much is this going to cost?. The beauty of virtualizing is that we can cut a lot of costs by going in this direction! We would eliminate the need for hardware onsite so we will save money with equipment as well as staff dedicated to servicing the equipment if it were to go down. There are plenty of companies we can use for a vendor that will provide us 24/7 support and we will be hands off on that end. This will save time and money as well as keep us running smoothly as we continue to grow.   Another perk we are looking at is growth within this environment. Now, you are looking to make this move because we are expanding rapidly. The last thing we want is to get behind and lose our customer support. If we continue using what we have now, we run the risk of that exact issue. Virtualizing our work environment will allow us to serve our customers as we do now, and we have plenty of room to expand through the vendor.
