They began by specializing in men™s designer clothing, shoes and accessories. Mike Smith, Chief Executive Officer, while business is good there is such an uptick in clients doing business online. Also, Mike wants to find ways to attract new on-line shoppers and branch out into e-commerce. I have been hired as an analyst who has been tasked with researching two technologies used by two competitors. I have then been asked to issue guidance on how Son of A Stag can enter the world of e-commerce.   Problem Statement1  Son of A Stag™s sales are from customers who are walking thru the front door of the store front. While business is good, Mike knows he is missing out on a side of the market he has never been able to get into. In speaking with management, they know this will be a major challenge since other stores are already established in e-commerce field. The other problem Son of A Stag has is simple, they have an obsolete website.
