The outcome alone is promoting the aspect of customer-centered care and promoting health for their health marketing strategy.   One successful strategy that the Mayo Clinic has employed stems from the saying: œThe first impression is a lasting impression. Architecture is just one of the ways that hospitals and clinic communicate value and quality to patients. The mapping of the floor plan, furniture arrangement and décor placement all contribute to the way the clinic is perceived by their consumers, and the quality of the services rendered.
