Many customers were in fact outraged by the way Borker did business, and would post scathing reviews about his business DecorMyEyes which marketed selling high-end eyewear at a discount price. Borker would use these reviews to his advantage, he often encouraged consumers to leave a review, because this would boost his search ranking. Ms. Clarabelle Rodriguez was one customer who would not stand for the way he treated her. Ms Rodriguez was in need of new glasses and contacts, and was happy to find that DecorMyEyes was at the top of the search engine results, but under the paid advertising links. When she realized that they carried one of her favorite brands of eyewear, she was happy to pay for them, believing they would be the quality that she expected. She was not prepared for the kind of interaction she got with him. When she realized who she was dealing with she demanded a refund and promised to dispute the credit card charges. This type of interaction was normal for Borker, and it is what he lived on. He enjoyed the thrill, and excitement, despite the consequences. Throughout this paper
