Art is a personal act of courage, something one human does that creates change in another (Godin, p. 83-84).” Artistic expression does not necessarily need to be in one of the traditional mediums but can be anything that challenges the norm and inspires a change. There are different external factors and events that can challenge and stretch a person. For me, I have been impacted by the political and economic factors associated with Covid-19 in my career path. These developments have led me to leave a field service position with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of production machinery to working for one of the customers I serviced.   Political Developments   The United States economy has been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 virus. Many executive orders and pieces of legislation at all levels of government have harmed the economy. I worked for an OEM of production machines used in the aerospace industry.  With travel being severely limited and controlled there is less and less demand for new airplanes and subsequently the machines that are used to manufacture the various components within them.   Impact  This decline
