People of different health professions need to work well with one another to deliver health care to patients. In health care, teamwork is defined as multiple individuals who interdependently interact with one another with a common goal. They work towards a measurable purpose and benefit from the leadership. They maintain stability while motivating and encouragingequal and honest discussion and problem-solving. In health care,what is now considered the most important aspect is the integration of services among multiple health providers. Teamwork in this field is thus a factor of incorporating the practices of enhanced communication and collaboration for expanding the traditional roles of health care professionals and makingdecisions together that work towards a common goal (Hartley, Jones& American Medical Association, 2012). Most health care systems are decentralized, with many levels of different professionals. Such systems rely heavily on collaboration, but this can only be made possible through proper leadership and well-constructed teamwork, which has a clear understanding of the system's decentralized nature and remains capable of motivating the different professionals to work towards a common goal. This paper explores a project for the implementation of a new Electronic Healt
