CM241_Unit5_Green.docx    IA Awareness Tutorial Proposal  SUMMARY  Maintaining a user account on most government systems is the easiest and most simple part of our job in the military so that we may keep up on the mandatory training required for each Service Member to be current on. If a technology specialist is to take care of all their responsibilities, they dont need to worry themselves about teach others how to do their mandatory training required to maintain their account. A simple tutorial that could be printed out or sent by email to each Service Member can free up the schedule of IT personnel in the units to take on bigger tasks. This proposal will cover in detail the importance of a good tutorial and why it holds value for IT personnel, which will be created by Aaron Green, an experienced network technician.  DESCRIPTION  The main Problem. In the Army, there are more Military Occupational Specialties or MOSs that are not based around technology than those that deal with technology. For example, there are infantryman, artillerymen, mortarmen, Explosive Ordinance Disposal personnel, and many more who dont deal with computer too often. These types of people in the military cause Signal personnel the most trouble because they are constantly having to put their tasks on hold to help teach soldiers who arent quite as adept in dealing with computers and navigating the internet.
