Limited access to healthcare can deny many patients a chance to better quality medical care which can cause health problems. Nearly one-fourth of all people in the US do not have access to a health center where they can receive regular medical services. Children and adults under the age of 65 in the United States do not have health insurance (Douthit et al., 2015). This makes many people to lack access to healthcare which can lead to many problems. Identification of the Problem Limited access to healthcare is a problem that affects the healthcare industry in general. People from the city and rural areas have various ways of access to healthcare. Most of the people who live in areas outside the cities have limited access to medical care which makes them vulnerable to many chronic diseases and other health problems (Douthit et al., 2015). People from urban areas tend to have access to medical care and also better insurance cover (Zhang et al., 2017). The hospitals' facilities are also found in major centers rather than in rural areas which makes accessibility difficult for most residents who stay in rural areas.
