As CFO, it is my privilege to introduce to you my research on the best and most effective ways to increase our stock prices and our stockholders value. I have evaluated several methods and explained in the following document how each can be implement to reach the desired goal of attaining higher stock prices. Maximizing shareholders value can be done in a number of ways. From repairs to existing buildings to adding a new product line or implementing a dividend. In this report you will find the current ratio results from the most recent financial statements. The evaluated data will help me to discover and relay which avenues to hone in on so to increase the stockholders value via the stock price. Although there are many companies that are similar to Stitch Fix, there is only one that is publicly traded and that is Nordstrom™s. They offer a service called Trunk Club, that is similar to our business model. They offer the public the opportunity to try clothes and accessories before the customer buys them. Although this is similar to Stitch Fix, they are limited to the Nordstrom line where as we offer a variety of different brand names, such as Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, and Ralph Lauren (stitchfix.com, n.d). Being able to offer a variety of designer lines gives the customer more to choose from
