Some teams are not performing with the company or even on the performance guidelines to make your organization see its worst. In an organization you have to have ineffective teams low performance with a very high expectation and level of conflicts with the other teams that may rely on your team or leadership, but sometimes due to the failure that may occur due to the deliver as a teacher where your organization where funding is dependent on the effective team at the school that may be producing verifiable data. It can sometime be extremely important to make sure your team are performing ineffectively. The purpose of the qualitative approach allow for research to be held in a very natural setting in orders to get an observation ad reports as they occur in everyday life (Morse /Field, 1996). Allowing   data that you   retrieved to in categories of certain patterns in order to organize as a whole.
