The final policy is the department structure analysis policy.  A1.  The budget and bonus restructuring policy aims to analyze the budget company wide, from Europe to the new US facility and pinpoint where company funds can be best utilized. The bonuses companywide will be analyzed and payouts based on company fiscal requirements. For example, in the case of the Dellberg facility, company bonuses would be reduced and funds re allocated in order to ensure the facilities success. This will become a yearly event for the company to ensure the company is able to make and follow through with commitments. This policy helps to ensure the companies commitments to community and employee are actively being addressed and shows ethical fiscal practices by TechFite.  The community commitment policy would create a committee that directly interacts with local town government and community program managers. The Goal of this committee is to help ensure these organizations have a direct path to communicating with TechFite to address concerns and work to bring both community and company goals to fruition.
