This is demonstrated by the risk of falling and fall related injuries rising with the aging population.  Older adults keeping physically fit and active is considered to be the single most important fall prevention measure for older adults (National Institute for Aging, 2017).  B1. Health Inequity and Disparity   The population of SLO County, California, is 283,405 and the city of San Luis Obispo (SLO) is a central coast community located in SLO County, with a population of 47,541 (United States Census Bureau, 2017 and SLO County Chamber of Commerce, 2018). As of July 2017, the United States Census Bureau notes the city of San Luis Obispo over 65 population to be at 11.8%. The cities annual median household income is $47,777 and the person in poverty rate is 32.7% (United States Census Bureau, 2017).  One of the health disparities i
