Having a well-trained staff, thought out care plan, resources, and phone numbers will help provide survivors with immediate care. is This paper will go over a hypothetical scenario at Portillo Elementary School and will include the steps needed to address this tragic event with both students and staff members. Included will be three community resources and an intervention plan that will address short term and long term clinical and community strategies for dealing with this event.  Addressing the Event  When addressing a tragic event such as a deadly car accident, there are many points to keep in mind.
