Communication Change Challenge part 2.docx  SPCH 277  Communication Change Challenge  University College of Nursing SPCH 277: Interpersonal Communication Professor   Part 1  1A “I Cant” List  Challenge 1: I cant speak to my spouse when am angry heartbroken.  Description: When I am angry, I find hard to express my feelings, because I feel I might not to be able to say the correct words or say something I might regret. I will feel guilty after saying something that I never meant to say. I do get mad easily, even if its a small thing.  Example: My husband was to take me for New Years party, but he said that only boys are going out. I got angry because I want to spend New Years Eve with my husband rather than being alone at home. I dont have friends in St. Louis, and he knows that, but still he went out on New Years Eve with his friends and left me at home.  Challenge 2: I cant ask my parents for financial assistance.  Description: I came from a large family, Im the oldest child. When it comes to financial assistance, I cant ask my parents because they still have two children that they need to take care off. My brothers are still in middle of finishing their college and need my parents help more than me. Our family is very close, and we do a lot of things for each other and never ask for anything in return.  Example: Due to COVID my husband lost his job and I told him that we can ask my parents to help us until you find a job. My husband thinks that it not right to ask my parents for help because it will effect his ima
