Include a paragraph per each Leadership Dimension presented.
You need to provide at least two different leadership dimensions.
     •    Identify one subject/individual who reflects each of the Leadership Dimensions you are presenting.
•    Why do they reflect this dimension and provide some background on them.
Include a paragraph on your dimension(s) of leadership.    •    You might write this as your current dimension (has it changed from when you first started the class to now or remained the same; also, what will evidence that this is your dimension). 
•     Think about the questionnaires you took, your style, etc.)
Use appropriate structure as needed:
Headings; Subheadings; Conclusion; Reference page, APA 6th Edition formatting, etc.    •    Try to use good transitions.
•    In your conclusion/discussion, be sure to add what you have learned that you will include in your Leadership Style.
Check:
Grammar; Spelling; Punctuation; correct citing of references; etc.    List of References should be on a separate page at end of the paper.
Use a Table of Contents    Sample paper does not show this, but I would like you to have one for this paper.
7-10 pages of meaningful content    Do not include cover page or reference page in the count.
There are 8 dimensions: Pioneering, energizing, affirming, inclusive, humble, deliberate, resolute, and commanding. Based on the dimensions from the Disc styles, I am affirming, inclusive, and humble.
