I will still use Kudler Fine Foods as my organization of choice for this discussion as I have done in the past. The approach that closely relates to this organization is departmental. This is because the manner of practice in which specific responsibilities basing on their allocation of responsibilities are combined to reflect the functional area that is different from other functional areas in the organization. With departmentalization Kudler Fine Foods is able to benefit as far as specialization is concerned (Bateman & Snell, 2011). Employees are able to perform their tasks as assigned to them in terms of their areas. For instance, chefs make sure that the foods are prepared in the well deserved manner while the waiters and suppliers make sure that the service rendered to customers is up to the expected standards. Finance department also makes sure that all finances are updated are in a good position to guarantee progress of the organization. This organization is also able to grow because of the many departments that are present.
