Final Project Overview
In the final project, you play the role of a project manager for Riordan Manufacturing. The vice
president of international operations has hired you to oversee the relocation of its operations in
Hangzhou, China, to the city of Shanghai. Riordan expects you to develop a thorough project
plan and presentation.
Final Project Timeline
Budget your time wisely and work on your project throughout the course. The following activities
are designed to assist you in creating your final project. Beginning in Week Two, submit weekly
stages of the project plan to your instructor for feedback. The comprehensive project plan will be
graded in Week Six. Completing each activity and using the feedback provided by the instructor
will help you successfully complete your project.
