Professional Development Plan This assignment will summarize the professional development plan based on the behavioral characteristics of each member in team B, including the team manager. The overall summary plan will include personal DISC assessments of each team member in order to recognize strengths, weaknesses, skills and areas of improvement, serving as a purpose to help further evaluate skills and/or resources needed to reach individual as well as collective career goals. All of the member of the learning team B have taken the DISC Platinum Rule Behavioral Style Assessment in week one of the leadership course the team is in at the moment.
