Diversity and inclusion are significant when it comes to cultural awareness. Being aware of and understanding the differences between oneself and others is what cultural awareness is about. This is where Ideal Roots has deployed efforts to employ a diverse workforce. Diversity in the workplace creates an environment of people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives which leads to the desired outcome of increased creativity and innovation. Ideal Roots embraces their employees™ differences and looks for candidates with diverse backgrounds when hiring.
