(Shakespeare, nd).  As Shakespeare so accurately put it, this can also be said for leadership.  Some people are born leaders, some work to become great leaders, and others are thrown into the deep end to sink or swim.  Without good leadership things would come to a halt as all of us followers would be looking at each other to see what we need to do next or how to handle a situation.  In this paper I will be going over some different leadership areas and talk about how they can be utilized.  Leadership Skills  There are five practices of exemplary leadership; model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, and encourage the heart.  I will looking into three areas of leadership and analyze how the five practices improve each area.  Follow-through  I have chosen follow-through for my first area to address.  I feel this is an important area for any leader.  Often times people do not follow-through, also called œdropped the ball, and can leave a team in limbo or struggling to handle that, which was left undone.  With everyone™s busy lives it is easy to forget something.  Our personal lives do tend to work its way into our work life and can effect the day at hand.  For instance if you have an argument with your spouse before heading into the office, you might not be on your A game for the day
