The main aspect that is common is that all these cultures at one point or another they to face a criminal justice professional, all the cultures have different attitudes towards criminal justice professionals which will the main point of focus in this paper.  Native Americans: being the original owners of land in America, they were forcefully removed from their land, through colonization and cooked legal proceedings. Therefore, at this point any representative of the American government from the police to the highest rank in criminal justice in not welcomed in this community. The community prefer to have their own justice system and jurisdiction (Hall, 2016).  Asian Communities: from their arrival in America, as laborers and immigrants, the Asian has experienced their fair share of racism in all aspects of life. Education, business and even war. Therefore, the community generally does not trust that a criminal justice professional has their bets interest at heart.
