By being loyal to my spouse, my family, my friends, and my employer I am showing them that I am committed to them by being faithful and showing up when they need me. The people that I am loyal to know they can count on me to be there for them, that I will be honest with them, and that I am trustworthy.   2.My second core value is honesty. I value honesty in all my relationships. By being honest I am showing those around me that they can trust me wholeheartedly. Honesty is a huge part of who I am and a big part of my moral compass. I am straightforward, I dont lie or cheat, and I am fair in all situations. Honesty is extremely important to me in my personal and professional life.   3.My third core value is reliability. If I tell someone that I am going to be there or I am going to do something, I will do it, period. I want people to know that I value them and that they can trust that when I say I am reliable I mean it. I take it very seriously to be there for those people who are in my life, whether it is personal or professional.   4.My fourth core value is respect. I believe that everyone should be respected, whether they are the janitor or the CEO of a company.
