The purpose of this report is to offer strategies to transition Seamus Company from fee-for-service model to managed care organization model health insurance and discuss external healthcare partnerships.    Fee-For-Service to Managed Care Organization Strategies  This section proposes three cost reducing strategies for transitioning form fee-for-service health insurance to a managed care organization (MCO) health insurance plan for Seamus employees. Seamus has the opportunity for cost reduction by offering Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) policies to employees in conjunction with establishing a health and wellness company culture.  Preferred Provider Organization  PPO policies have established healthcare facilities and doctors that participate in the plan referred to as in-network providers (vohwinkle, 2016). Employees will have the option to use out-of-network providers, but as a higher out-of-pocket cost. PPO policies require co-payments and carry deductibles like fee-for-service policies (vohwinkle, 2016). According cons
