When broken down into all four neighborhoods, Nightingale Square comes in first place in relation to wealth. Its population is 103,974 and median household income totals to $269,550. The primary ethnicity in Nightingale Square is White at 81.3%, and the secondary ethnicity is Hispanic or Latino at 3.7%. Only 0.7% of people under sixty-five years of age are uninsured. The homeless rate here is only 0.01%
