According to Holt & Kyoko (2012), job satisfaction is a pleasurable or positive emotional state that results from the appraisal of an individual’s job experience. In this regard, it is as a result of the employee’s perception of the manner in which their job offers those things that are perceived to be important. Job satisfaction is so critical in an organization since its absence usually leads to lethargy along with a reduced organizational commitment. In fact, lack of job satisfaction is a key predictor for quitting a job. There s a significant relationship between job satisfaction and management policy, wages, possibilities of promotion, working conditions, self development , the size of the organization and the achievement of the use of talents.
