This means that organizations need to be able to identify the need for change and be prepared to implement needed changes. This past year has aptly demonstrated the need for organizational change. Those organizations and business, such as restaurants, that could not adapt and change for the pandemic failed. Those that adapted and changed were able to continue. œChange in an organization leads to many positive aspects. Change encourages innovation, develops skills, develops staff and leads to better business opportunities and improves staff morale. (McCullough, 2020). Organizations need to be able to identify the need for change and choose the best model of change to use.                                                                            Change Factors  Change is constant in organizations. Each organization needs to change and adapt in order to deal with the changes. These changes can be internal or external. Organizational leaders need to understand these factors of change in order to develop a successful organizational management structure. Employees should also be aware of these factors as well. Their understanding of changes is important for organizations to be successful. When the organization is successful, the employees are also succ
