Choosing_Methodology_WK_.docx    Choosing a Methodology  CMGT/410  University of Phoenix    For this project I would use the Agile method. I believe that compared to the waterfall method it is a perfect fit for the desired result. The reason why Agile is the best method for building a new mobile application is because it gives the team the necessary flexibility throughout the duration of the project. The Agile method will allow some œwiggle room and does not require the previous stage to be completed before moving on to the next stage. This method also allows the members of the team to go back and forth and between steps with too many repercussions.   The Waterfall method does not allow any major changes or shifts and each new stage builds or adds onto the last stage. When applying the Waterfall methodology to a project, the team cannot move on to the next stage until the previous stage has been completed. If any changes or corrections need to be made and gone unnoticed until the end of the project, the team must make the decision to start over from the beginning or the last recovered stage.
