They understand that although legislators represent the voters, they are not omnipresent and do not know all the issues affecting their voters unless brought to their attention. The coalition lets the legislators know what the voters are thinking, issues affecting them, and how legislators can represent the voters in developing specific legislation to address their concerns. In fact, the coalition reminds legislators about their responsibilities to their constituents through offering them constructive ideas. This ensures that the coalition is actively involved in bringing about public policy changes. As such, the coalition applies their will to act and speak out for themselves and on behalf of others to bring about change (Milstead, 2013).  b.What can the coalition do to influence the bill's passage into law?  The coalition tries to influence the introduction, enactment and modification of the proposed legislation. They conduct their activities by directly lobbying legislators, a process that entails contacting the legislators and sharing their views on the proposed legislation, as well as convincing them to vote a certa
