There are various instances when, changes take place in the organizations around the world.  The changes are also carried for the individuals.  Whenever, a change takes place, more often than not, the people tend to have some form of disturbance in their activities.  There are few internal and few external factors which make an impact on the resistance to change of an individual.  There are various situations when, resistance to changes occur to the individuals.  The resistance to change will occur due to the situation of low tolerance to change.  The paper shall consider certain important things regarding the resistance to change.

Situation of Resistance to Change

            There are various circumstances in which, the people around the world get into a situation of change and they look forward to make sure that, they avoid the change to the highest possible level.  In the present scenario, the individual was an accounting manager in the organization (Reiss, 2012).  The manager was engaged in the activities by using particular software, which was used by them for a long period.
