            Every company whether it is for profit or not for profit has a goal of earning. With that goal in mind there comes a mindset of how earning needs to occur. There can be ethical earning and there can be unethical earning. In order to remain in business and keep a strong customer base a financial manger needs to develop a plan that keeps the earnings flowing in and the unethical practices out of the employee’s minds. Proper training of an ethical base within a company is very helpful to employee professional growth as well as employee personal growth. That same training should be employed on upper management teams as well in order to lead by example in all aspects of business.
