Abstract
As the economy continues to improve, numerous organizations are facing the problem related to high turnover rates among employees. There are numerous factors that influence high turnover rates among employees and many of these factors are related to negative attitudes towards change among employees. The factors that influence negative attitudes include emotional intelligence, personality traits and organizational culture. This paper will discuss the relationship of factors that influence negative attitudes towards organizational change and how that affects employee turnover rates.
