So when dealing with conflicts of interest why are able to take a step back and remember how the code of ethics as shared in our readings œserves as a guide to making consistent, responsible, ethical and legal choices in all of our communications.For me, because I work in retail, conflicts of interest are proposed because I am obviously favored to the brand I work with rather than other companies, which makes my decision making on certain apparel unfair. Also, within PRSA they deal with fairness as part of their ethics code, which with conflict of interest is a key aspect, it™s a sense of œrespect which they share and it also helps decision making easier when there is an equal playing field. 2.Decision making on Competition among professionals within the two code of ethics would first be within the PRSA™s guide on how they deal with fairness.
