Clinical_Field_Experience_C__Literacy_Pre_Assessment__.pdf    ELM 305  Clinical Field Experience C: Literacy Pre-Assessment  Grand Canyon University -ELM 305  Learning Objective:  I can retell a story describing characters and sequences of beginning, middle, and ending.  State Standard:   CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RL.1.2   Retell stories, including key details, and demonstrate understanding of their central message or lesson.  Pe-Assessment, Mentor Feedback, and Reflection  The pre-assessment is sequencing games. I will ask a couple of questions to students such as “What happened in the passage?”, “ What was the main purpose?”, Who were some characters?” Once they are done at my table they will be given a worksheet with some unfamiliar vocabulary words in their reading. She also gave me suggestions on the types of reading development skills the student
