MBT2 Technological Globalization  MBT2 Technological Globalization   The proposal that I would recommend is proposal number 2. A short term advantage of proposal 2 would be having the third-part company implement the new services and processes..   Having a third-party doing this it would initially require less resources form our company.  We would not have to hire any new employees to deal with the issues that could arise with implementation or if there was any issues with any the wiki services, voice mails and video this would be worked on by the third-party provider. The implementation by a third-party is a great way to get moving on the processes that we are implementing without having to spend time and money to train our employees on how to set up the services.   Backing up all of the data and providing our company with a daily backup of the data is a good long term proposal. The third-party hosting service will take care of all of our data and provide the corporate office with a daily backup of the data. With having all of our data stored off site at the service providers location and at our corporate office is good for redundancy and for having the data in multiple locations instead of having the data onsite.   A short tern disadvantage with proposal 2 is if there are any issues with the service providers internet connection or with their website we would not be able to retrieve our data in a timely fashion it would be out of our hands to fix the problem.
