Purpose: Provide pitfalls of legalizing gambling in Hawaii
Thesis: Legalizing Gambling and Lotteries in the State of Hawaii is not a good idea due to high probability of increased crime, adverse effects on tourism spending and, likelihood of lower income citizens spending a higher percentage of their income on gambling.
