Focus upon the idea of conducting a SWOT analysis with respect to Louis Vuitton’s external and global environment, which includes the remote, industry, and operating environments. Louis Vuitton Malletier founded by Louis in 1854 is 160 years old and one of the world’s leading fashion houses. It is available in 50 countries with more than 460 stores and is named world’s most valuable luxury brand (Xiao, 2012). External and Global Environmental Issues
Form the conducted SWOT analysis of L.V; we have identified some of the issues that are critical to L.V. The identified issues are described as follows:
Firstly, Louis Vuitton has a limited customer base which includes super rich people who generally belong to high classes (Louisvuittonbrand).
